On Sunday, February 21, the Greater Cleveland Sunday of Orthodoxy Vespers were held at Holy Trinity Church (OCA) in Parma, OH. Fr. Ilia Marzev joined nearly 30 other clergymen of the greater Cleveland area for this service. The service began with a procession of children with Icons, commemorating the restoration of the Icons. Homilist Fr. Stephen Freeman spoke on icons as connectors between heaven and earth. Bishop Ignatios of Madagascar, a visiting missionary, greeted the assembled faithful and spoke briefly on the Church in his adopted country. The Greater Cleveland Pan-Orthodox choir was lead by the Cathedral choir director, Alexander Petrovsky.
